Head of the Foundation, Adrian Ballard
He moved to Sherborne in January 1998 as Deputy Director of Development and then of the Foundation in 1999. He became Head of the Foundation in January 2004 in a seamless succession from Julian Smyth. Adrian is a workaholic but when forced to relax his passions are climbing, horse racing, rugby, squash, tennis and travel. Foundation Officer and Annual Fund Manager, Stephanie Sanchez de Muniain
Stephanie has taken on responsibility for much of the work of the Foundation including the legacy programme, research work and looking after the needs of all donors. When not working, Stephanie is busy looking after her young son as well as learning Spanish in order to communicate better with some of her in-laws. Janet's past working experience has been very varied as a result of being a Naval wife constantly on the move, but more recently she worked as Registrar of an independent girls school; as PA to the Editor of a publishing company; and as Editor of the Open University Graduates Magazine. When not working she enjoys golf, walking, reading and choral singing. Joint Foundation and OSS Assistant, Joanna Farrow
She and her family moved to Dorset in 2008 after having spent 20 years in North Yorkshire. In recent years Joanna has worked in sales administration for a fabric company and as PA and Team Organiser to the Director of Property and property department at a railway infrastructure contractor.

Following a number of years in finance and human resources, he became Development Officer at Cheltenham & Gloucester College of Higher Education (University of Gloucestershire) in 1994.
Stephanie joined the Foundation in April 2005. Following her degree at Edinburgh University, Stephanie was, for seven years, fundraising for both arts organisations and charities in London. Prior to her move to Sherborne, she was the Legacy Officer for Marie Curie Cancer Care.
Janet and her husband moved to Sherborne in 2006 and are parents of an Old Shirburnian.
