The Sherborne Foundation exists to support the development of Sherborne School, and to support its continuation as a top academic school for boys that promotes the widest opportunity and fulfilment outside the classroom.

Supporting Sherborne

A number of the enrichment activities both in and beyond the School are enabled each year by generous giving.

Last year, various boys were enabled to go on music, sporting and cultural tours and trips thanks to donations to the Travel and Bursary Fund and The Peter Currie Fund, while a significant sum was granted to fund additional expert sports coaching across a variety of sports.

We are grateful for each and every contribution to changing a boy's life.

The Foundation also supports The Sherborne Sessions, Sherborne School's biennial 'how to write' festival that brings 1,000+ pupils from Sherborne and other local schools together with a number of leading writers in their fields, from poets and novelists to screenwriters and comedy writers, many of them award winners.

Thank you for your interest and ongoing support.
